02/11/2022: We will be pushing back our submissions call for our tenth issue, but also our second themed issue, to June 15th, 2023. Be on the lookout for more updates on what the theme will be, and more details on what we will be looking for as well.

10/30/2022: Due to technical difficulties in our email submissions system, both our editors and our readers were experiencing issues with Gmail access. We have since been able to resolve this, but this has led to a late start in our reading period. At this time, we will be moving Issue #9 scheduled for release set for November 30, 2022, TO DECEMBER 30, 2022! We understand the inconvenience but to ensure both that ALL of our readers & editors are able to give well-deserved attention to each & every one of our wonderful submitters who poured their hearts & souls into the work they send to our magazine, we always want to do our best to what’s best for the sake of our readers, submitters, contributors, and our masthead. HOWEVER, SUBMISSIONS ARE STILL DUE ON THE SAME DATE, 11/15/2022.

04/23/2021 As we continue to look through the wonderful submissions we have seen so far, we wanted to send also send a special congrats to Lauren Peter, Veronica Niero, and Eli Hsieh as our brand new poetry readers!!! So happy to have you all aboard our team!


03/13/2021 Our call for submissions opens April 15, HOWEVER, we are now in an effort to expand our team, for upcoming submissions, and will be looking to add two volunteer poetry readers to our editorial team, We especially encourage folx in BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, and disabled folx as well. 12/14/2020 CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS OPEN FOR ISSUE 4 which will be released on January 30, 2021: Submissions will be read between 12/15/2020-01/15/2021. We are also still working on having the rest of our audio from Issue III released soon! Stay tuned as well for our last publication of 2020, on 12/29/2020, as our wonderful Non-Fiction Editor Skyler Jaye Rutkowski’s awesome mini-pack ends this year off right!

09/15/2020 CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS FOR ISSUE 3 which will be released at at the end of October: Deadline will be on October 15, 2020. We will also have an exciting new feature to the pieces we accept this time around, in an effort to be a more accessible space to ALL of our readers and contributors.
